[As the mast begun to snap, the Grassland Pokémon was struck by the shaft that held the sail, causing them to be knocked off and into the unsettling waters below. Keldeo screamed as they did when Cobalion fell, scared by the ideology of their deaths.]
"VIRIZION!"
{The form of the samurai otter soon emerged from the water, carrying upon his head the Cyndaquil, who had fallen unconscious.}
[As the colt Pokémon desperately attempted to raise the last sail, another ferocious wave struck the ship, causing the Ninetales and Absol to be sent overboard. Terrakion, however, was sent hurling towards Keldeo, lanching both of them into the water, as only their screams were heard before they struck the ravenous sea.]

The storm continued its rampage, tossing the boat to and fro as the crew's only option was to hold on for dear life. As for those overboard, the only chance of their survival was grasping or laying on the floating debris caused by the broken mast. Both were being pushed towards land, but the ship was quickly seperating from the Pokemon floating in the water...

[The youthful Sword of Justice burst form the water as their gaze shifted around them, finding no signs of their mentors nohr Monado. Their expression became more and more desperate and sorrowful praying that their mentors were alive and that they’d see them again. The ravernous waves inevitably hid the other Swords from the eyesight of the mythical Pokémon, as it was for them as well. Unfortunately, the ocean did not relent from its rage, eventually pulling the four Pokémon under at different poi t in time, their worlds going black one after another...]
{While the Swords of Justice struggled at the sea and the waves, the formidable Pokémon experienced far less difficulty keeping afloat. It was, however, that his main problem was keeping the Cyndaquil upon his head form going under again, as he consistantly shifted from the oceans waves in protection of the weak fire type. Thankfully for both the Absol and Ninetales, they’d both found pieces of wood to cling to in hopes of surviving, keeping them afloat for the while.}

Incrementally, after almost a half an hour, the storm relieved its force but continued its rough waves as the current pushed them away further and further. Even water-types would be hard-pressed to not eventually fall unconcious from the long hours being sent adrift.

{While the adrift Swords of Justice and the two female Pokémon most certainly inevitably fell unconscious and laid adrift for a while longer, Monado was far from inexperienced in the water. He had managed to make landfall long before any other, taking the unconscious Cyndaquil to the land in hopes of keeping her alive. His legs strode upon the beach he had found, laying the fire type down in the sunlight in order to dry her off. Monado removed the protective layers of clothing and simply set to work keeping an eye on the surroundings while searching for the occasional berry that may be within the general area. After what seemed like a painstakingly long hour or so, he fell tired upon the beach himself close to the Cyndaquil, trying to rest while keeping his ears shape but his eyes closed.}

The beach around them was quiet and peaceful, especially with the storm now gone and leaving only an overcast. The area around them seemed rather open, but not too far seemed to be a condensed path filled with vegetation, a possible jungle. After the Samurott rested his eyes for a while, he'd hear a bit of shuffling in the sand, seeming to approach, leave, then approach again. Should he open his eyes, he'd see some sort of blue serpent leaning over the Cyndaquil. On one part of her thick body, it had a group of blue berries. The end of her tail was guiding the Cyndaquil as it seemed to be squeezing the juice from one of the berries softly into her mouth.

{Upon the very moment that the formidable Pokémon heard the shift within the sand, his eyes darted op e like bullets, shifting around the area in search if the source of the sound. As his gaze came upon the serpentine creature that seemed to be assisting the unfortunate fire type, his body slightly relaxed as he began to rise. His eyes simply stared at the creature before him for a moment as he examined them for botht heri appearance and intent.}

The snake, looking at the wings atop its head, seemed to be a Dragonair. They leaned the Cyndaquil's head back with her tail to help her swallow as she remained unconcious. They patted her head afterwards before turning to the Samurott. "Oh! You're awake!" they spoke, giving a smile as they brought their head down to his level. The Dragonair seemed to be a female. "You probably need this, too..." She pulled one of the berries from the piles and handed it to him.

{For a moment, the samurai otter simply stared at the draconian serpent before he looked towards the fire type, then back to the Dragonair, then back to the Cyndaquil, then back to the Dragonair, then back to the Cyndaquil, then back to the Dragonair, then back to the Cyndaquil, then back to the Dragona-, then back to the Cyndaqu- His head begun moving almost fast enough for it to look almost like a spasmodic no. He did stop after a brief period of doing this, however, ending with his gaze upon the serpent.}
"WHAT?! What the f-"
{Thankfully he stopped himself before he finished the sentence. Self censorship apparently works. His gaze remained upon the dragon type serpent, his eyes surprisingly wide.}

The serpent tilted her head a bit at his reaction, her beady blue eyes looking back at him. "Something the matter?" she asked, her tail still holding out the berry. "What's got you so confused?"

{It took only a moment's notice for the water type to shift his gaze to the berry, seemingly not exactly overjoyed by the gesture in the slightest. He carefully placed his hand on the berry and pushed it aside. in a seemingly hesitant yet vocal manner.
"Ye-yeah just put that over there for now uhh. WhoinArceus'snameareyouandwhyyareyoutryingtohelpmyfriend?"
{The Samurott's words came out within such a rapid pace that he became difficult to comprehend. While he himself understood every word fine, it was not the case for another.}

The Dragonair set aside the berry as she raised her tail up in fron of her, giving him a look of combined concern and confusion. "I really don't understand why you're upset..." she replied, shaking her head. "Nor what you said earlier. It's as if you've seen a ghost..."

"Ghost? Whadoya mean? Did you expect me NOT to be surprised by you suddenly appearing and seemingly trying to help Cyndaquil? Like, it's kinda creepy, like some stalker would do. Then again, stalkers don't tend to have plot armour..."
{Now seemingly trying to slow his speaking to a more understandable pace, the formidable Pokémon gestured towards the fire type as if his point was blatantly obvious.}

"Would you rather I not have?" she asked, raising a brow at the Samurott and bringing her tail just below her face. "How is that stalking? I found you both lying here on the beach, quickly retrieved some berries and came back to heal you with them. What else was I supposed to do?" She seemed genuinely confused at the fact he seemed so suspicious of her.

"Because you could just be doing it to gain my trust?"
{It was at this moment that Monado knew, he'd done a stupid.}
"... Oh wait, dumb. You could've just acted because you saw we were supposedly unconscious. Damnit. Dumb overly suspicious brain. Imma just go commit neck rope now."
{Within the moment of the last statement spoken, the Samurott would raise his claw before walking off with his head hung low. He seemed to walk for a reasonable distance, seemingly just abandoning the conversation there and then.}
