"All of your form. Your tail alone is not enough."
[The noble creature bluntly spoke, their glare only further expressing annoyance at the serpent's acts. While it had been known that Kaa could merely have shown just the center as well, Cobalion was not such a fool to leave any chance to evidence to slip by.]

Kaa gulped a little. He only wanted to show a little bit more. Perhaps he could make it work by being charming, he hoped it would work. "Sssssure." He dropped a little bit more of is tail, enough to make him look like a small snake.

[The expression that was plastered to the face of the iron will Pokémon refused to shift as they glared daggers into the serpent. They remained silent in patience for the serpentine being t reveal more of his form then what was currently being shown. Even despite being small, the gulp was still enough to pick up upon, telling the powerful leader that this serpent was certainly hiding something from them now. All Cobalion required to do was to simply wait, using their silence as a means of telling Kaa that they were far from convinced.]

Kaa kept his innocent grin on. He took a small middle part of the coil cocoon off and showed it to the creature. He was sure the creature had never seen his enlarged coil body, and wanted to show hum just enough for him to look like a snake. "Here isssss my body" Kaa said this with a chuckle.

[As if aware of the attempt to fool them being a mere trick, the Unovan legend continued to wait in irritation of the snake's stalling. At this point, they'd half a mind to simply find a way up the tree themselves ad find what was up there, though such an option was difficult for their form. Regardless of the factor of this, Cobalion showed no sign of giving up yet, their eyes still glaring at the serpent.]
"You know as well as I that you are far larger than that. Cease this foolishness, Kaa."

Kaa has to find a way to prove to the powerful being that he was right. Maybe he had to use drastic measures, as this was what he had to do to get what he wanted. He spiraled a little bit at the creature. “Ssssseriois, that’sssss all I have.” He tightened around the samurai, which was comfortable.

[Now Cobalion was completely sure that the serpent that was before them was lying to them. The mere factor of their use of their hypnotic powers was a dead giveaway. Yet, despite what could come to be expected from most creatures, the Iron Will Pokémon merely stood their ground even when faced with this light mental influence. Their will refused to allow the hypnotic effect to have any influence over their perception, resisting against the power. The noble creature spoke with a more threatening tone than before, making demands rather than requests now.]
"You are lying. I will not fall for this trickery, Kaa. You will either show me the entire length of your form, or I shall simply find out myself."

The snake had no intention of letting the creature see above the tree. He just wanted the creature to leave, but it seemed it would be defiant. "You sssseeeee beautiful colorssssss." Kaa let a lot of his power out of his mind, enough to even tire Kaa out. Surly this would work.

[At first glance, the noble leader of four was caught off guard by this sudden tactic, having expected further deception instead of using their hypnotic power to it's fullest. Their eyes even begun to mirror the rings of colour that the snake used, though not completely. Cobalion flinched as the hypnosis struck them, their will fluctuating for a moment. However, their iron will remained steadfast against the assault, the Unova legend quickly recovering and fighting back against the power that Kaa possessed. They knew they couldn't lose here, not now. Their eyes threatened to close and their head to turn away, using every feasible tactic in order to fight off the mental assault.]
"It. . . seems I cannot negotiate with you any longer. You will not win this fight, Kaa!"

The snake gulpled. He would have to try harder if he wanted to fully hypnotized the beast. His eyes swirled even more, the snake felt as if he was actually trying to hypnotize, unlike the last time in which there was no effort needed. "Pleassssssse, I don't want to fight you." The snake said, still spiralling.

[As the serpent’s efforts to entrance them continued with greater power, the Sword of Justice simply continued their efforts to resist. Their eyes managed to shift to their left, moving down as they attempted to use the small window to recover their clarity in hopes of making the ballots of wills go within their favour. The Iron Will Pokémon showed no signs of giving into the hypnotic spirals that had been presented before them at all, the only indication of it having any effect at all was the change within their eyes and their body language hinting to such.]

Kaa felt like he needed to go EVEN further in order to hypnotize this mighty creature. It would be hard, but Kaa felt as if he could succeed, he needed to. “Pleassssse, relaxxxxxxx.” Kaa spoke with his tongue expresssing the ss’s and xx’s.

[Despite this effort, the fact remained that Cobalion had still managed to turn their head away from the source of the hypnosis nonetheless, making further hypnotic effort pointless unless eye contact was restored. Unfortunately, in the time that the noble creature had in order to recover had given them enough clarity to now be able to resist to a greater extent than before, now fully capable of closing their eyes to block out the power within a moment’s notice. Their Iron Will holding against the unusual, but deadly power of the serpent. The Unovan legend merely stepped backwards a single step in order to gain distance, choosing to space themselves for an easier time fighting this effort to entrance them off. If it even helped.]

Kaa moved closer to the unovan legend, his eyes spiralling wildly, he was srefusing to give up, as he felt as if he wanted to win. "I didn't want to do thisssss, but I will." Kaa knew how these creatures fought, and he admitted, that he would fight their way to win.

[No matter the method the serpent used to attempt to deceive the noble leader, the Unovan legend refused to be fooled by such futile deception. Their eyes remained locked shut as their body once more stepped away. They knew this was a fight they could not afford to lose, as the mere thought of the consequences was more than enough of a deterrent for giving in. Yet, if it was to be a battle of their terms, of their style that had been so prominent within their kin, then Cobalion was not one to decline.]
