On a hot sunny day slightly past noo, In South Miami Heights, Florida, on the edge of the Florida Everglades, in the backyard of a large house was a large pool were around it were 2 16 year old girls in their one piece Swimsuit outfits who were now enjoying a relaxing day at the pool all to themselves as their parents were busy at work today, on a nice hot sunny day and after some time on the water, thought to now rest on their chairs for a nice tan and getting all warm and dry from some time in the water.
One of the girls was named Jessica Cruz; a redhead with waist long hair that was as wide as where her elbows were with blue eyes at 5 foot 4 inches and with perfect slendeness, especially at the hips and was wearing a pink swimsuit, who was the owner of house... well technically her parents were the owners as her family was rich, her father a successful businessman, and her mother a supermodel of whom she got her good looks from, as she was a splitting image of her mother.
Jessica was laying on her chair on the left side of the pool to tan and made a long sigh of relaxation. "This is the life, eh Megan?" Jessics asked her best friend since childhood, Megan Hailey.
"Sure is Jes." Said Megan Hailey, who was 5 foot 6 inches with shoulder length brown hair and green eyes and wearing a brown swimsuit and was a little more muscular due to spending a great time in the gym, as was needed as a future animal control officer which her parents were and she hoped to one day be too.
In spite of their far different backgrounds, the 2 girls had been best friends since childhood, enjoying each others company and learning about the 2 different worlds that their backgrounds had as Megan hoped to be an animal control officer, and Jessica, a super model.
As Megan was preparing for some tan on the far right side of the pool, Jessica noticed she was putting on her strap with her tranquilizer gun. "Seriously Meg?" Jessica giggled. "You're wearing that around you while tanning?"
Megan groaned in annoyance. "Jessica Cruz, how many times do I have to explain it, as our town is near the Florida Everglades, with the burmese Python as an invasive species that has reportedly came into human cities and attacked them, I have to be prepared." The burmese python problems in town were definitely a constant source of trouble that Megan's family would be called for and that Megan was preparing for.
Jessica made a "pssht" "come on Megan, why would a snake be anywhere near a place like this? And are snakes even smart enough to come over the gates?"
"Not smart so much as strong and agile enough." Megan said annoyed at how she always had to explain to Jessics about what snakes - especially a few certain ones - were actually capable of.
"Well, even then what would a snake want to do with us, eat us? We're too big for snakes to swallow." Jessica said.
"Actually, in the Everglades, a snake was spotted eating an alligator and a snake would eat a human if it were big enough as they can actually eat things bigger then themselves and constrict things bigger and tougher then humans." Megan said.
"Megan relaaaaax, there's hardly anything a snake could do around here, so let's just relax and get a tan." Jessica said as she laid herself down on her chair.
"Fine." Megan said as she put on her sunglasses. "Just be glad I have my tranq gun with me and you have a trained future animal control officer with you." Megan then walked over to her chair on the other side of the pool as Jessica then laid down with her hands on her belly while saying. "She seriously worries too much, how would a snake even try to prey a human?"
Unbeknownst to the 2 girls, just slipping through the gates as it heard their conversation was an unusual snake that was an embodiment of what Megan was afraid of.
For this snake was Kaa, a female 33 foot long burmese python named after the same snake from the 1967 Jungle Book animated film, and with good reason: Kaa was once an ordinary Burmese python that Megan's family once caught, and was secretly put in a science lab where the scientists gave her a serum that madd her a super snake that was not only bigger then an average Burmese Python, but now had the same level of intelligence as a human... even learned to speak English and not only that, actually had the same hypnotic ability as the Kaa from the movie.
Eventually she managed to escape with help from her newfound intellect and her hypnotic abilities, with word then brought to Megan's parents and the authorities, who then arrested the science team for reckless experimentation and unleashing a new kind of threat on the community, as if Florida didn't have enough Burmese python troubles.
Soon Kaa became a high priority target for authorities and animal control, like the number 1 on the most wanted list, but worked hard to keep it a secret from the public since it would bring mass panic, Megan's parents secretly told her as it would be a needed thing for a future animal control officer to know, hence Megan kept her tanq gun with her at all times for as to be prepared as Kaa was probably the most dangerous animal alive In all of Florida.
And Kaa indeed was such a dangerous creature for with her newfound abilities, she had figured out ways how to handle prey like no other snake could, and had definitely gained a taste for humans, as she had definitely found them most delicious, and also quite cute when hypnotized and wrapped in her coils, especially the females as she had learned how to handle humans from actually watching the Jungle Book and seeing how Kaa did it and knowing what mistakes not to make.
And now, she had just found her latest prey: the little redhead girl of whom she believed would be most scrumptious from her slender scale and very little clothing and especially would look most cute hypnotized and in her coils.
Kaa slithers slowly and quietly up behind where Jessica was and seeing that Megan was far on the other side, looking the other way with sunglasses on and to busy tanning and relaxing, as Kaa could already tell that this would be exactly like the first encounter in the Jungle book, only she would actually succeed where the Kaa there had failed.
Kaa then moved her face up and close with Jessica's as she then activated her spirals which were the same shades of yellow, cyan and blue as the disney Kaa's.
"Oh Jessssica." Kaa sang lowly and softly so as to not alert Megan but still loud enough for Jessica to hear.
Jessica would've normally slowly opened her eyes while relaxing, but Kaa's spirals actually made them open instantly as they were instantly filled with the same spirals and her mouth then laid agape, and she could only make a soft gasp to low to alert Megan.
Knowing there was no turning back for either of them now, Kaa slowly pulled herself back which forced Jessica to pull herself up into a sitting position as her arms then fell limp to her sides.
"Pleeeeeaaaaaasssse." Kaa began to sing in a faux sweet motherly tone like she was singing a lullaby to her child that was to soft and low for Megan to hear. "Go to sleeeeeep." Kaa then began to sway her head left and right like a snake charmer which forced Jessica's to cutely move her head the same way.
"Pleeeeeeaaaaaasssse, go to sleep, sleep little jesssssssica, resssssst in peacccccce." Kaa the slowly, quietly and elegantly move her tail up to Jessica's waist and then began to wind around Jessica, pinning her arms to her sides and then winding higher up her body with Jessica's mind now too mushy to even register the presence of the coils, and as her tail moved higher, Kaa the sang, "slllleeeeeeeeeep, sllleeeeeeep." Jessica then yawned cutely and as Kaa's tail was reaching her chest and then her shoulders, her mushy mind then began to think of a single logical word at the moment and then she began to utter, "uh...Me...Me...Megan...GULP!" Unfortunately for Jessica, as she was uttering her best friends' name, the tippity end of Kaa's tail reached her neck and then made a sudden tug as Jessica's eyes widened with her mouth forming an "o" and then the tippity end of Kaa's tail slackened as it made one later loop around Jessica's neck as she then made a cute scrunched up face with her cheeks all puffed.
Megan then moved her head a little as she heard Jessics make a sudden noise, "accidentally swallowed water or something Jess?" Megan asked and as she heard no answers she the rested again as she said, "huh? well please no more interruptions until I'm done."
Unbeknownst to Megan, Jessica was in the exact kind of danger she was afraid of as a large "PING!" then went off in Jessica's mind where she was now in a state of bliss and mindless obedience with eyes widened with quick moving spirals and a cute large ear-to-ear grin on her face that showed it and she was now wrapped in a cocoon of Kaa's coils with only her head sticking out the top with her hair flowing down her coiled back and her legs sticking out the bottom, and Kaa then deactivated her spirals knowing her work was done as she looked upon her work with a mischievous smile as Jessics was definitely adorable this way. At Megan's comment, Kaa then giggled softly as she lifted Jessica up to her face and said, "She won't be here when your done, will you Jess?" Kaa taunted whole shaking her head in a "will you?" Way.
Megan then got up a bit and took a peak over at Jessica's side of the pool. "Oh yes she will..... KAA!" Megan then stood up in shock and fright and took her sunglasses off to a horrifying sight: Kaa the super snake that her parents warned her about was not only at the house, but had her best friend in her coils while Jessica was smiling, implying she was under Kaa's spell with her eyes now closed and Kaa with her head over Jessica's and slowly opening her maw, implying Jessica was now about to be her next meal.
"Hold it Kaa!" Thankfully, Megan was a quick draw with her tranq gun which was helped by how Kaa was moving slowly and Megan was prepare with a special sedative for Kaa which Megan then shot into Kaa's neck and after a startled "ow!" She almost instantly fell asleep hard on the pool floor while Jessica then fell wuicky onto her chair with the sudden motion waking her from Kaa's spell as a lump pile of the coils Kaa had her in were now around her as she groaned from the groginess from her time under Kaa's spell and the sudden motion. "What happened?" Jessica asked with her hand on her head.
"Jes! Are you alright?" Megan said as she ran over and hugged Jessica after one look to see Kaa was out and Jessica was alright.
"Um, I'm okay Meg." Jessica said confused. "Why are you suddenly so... what in the?!" Jessica exclaimed as she then noticed the pile of lump snake coils around her and then noticed the snake with the tranq dart on it.
"What is that doing there?!" Jessica exclaimed in fright as she jumped off the seat out of the coil pile.
While Megan hated to lie to her best friend and had to keep it a secret as to what Kaa was, she knew she had to tell her about what Had almost Happened to her.
"That snake was about to eat you." Megan said.
"WHAT?!" Jessica exclaimed in a frightened shock, as she then looked at the pile of coils and realized. "And it wrapped itself around me?! How did I not notice that?!"
"You probably were too relaxed too notice, and those coils probably made you more relaxing. Snake skin is actually quite smooth and not slimy and rough. Plus snakes can be pretty sneaky." Megan explained with some truth in it about the coils making Jessica feel relaxed as Megan knew what Kaa was capable of.
Jessics slithered at the thought of how she almost became a snake's dinner. "So snakes can try to eat humans?"
"Yep." Megan said. "But don't worry, I'll call my parents, and we'll have the rest, we have a special cage for a snake this size."
"Okay then, and from now on, always bring your tranq gun wherever we go and i'll make sure to listen to your expertise from now on." Jessica said.
"Good." Megan said, glad that Jessica had learned her lesson, though she wish it wasn't through the hard way. But Megan felt glad to know that she put a stop to Kaa's reign. of terror, ending the greatest snake threat in Florida in the history of snake threats in Florida. Seems her future as an animal control officer was bright.
