"I don't see why not," Celine said. "You kept calling me mom this morning. Not that I mind though, I made the decision last night,"
"You made the choice to keep her last night?" Sprinda asked. "And exactly how long have you known this human?" when the alraune didn't answer, the arachne figured it out on her own. "Oh my goodness. You just met this girl last night? Didn't you?"
"And what of it?" Celine countered.
"Well, judging by her reaction I take it you haven't even told her about till now," the arachne said. "Or maybe you did while she was... "Sleeping"?" she referred to the effects of the nectar. "Excuse me, Emma was it? Did your "mother" offer you to drink her nectar by any chance? Follow up; did you drink it?"

Emma shakes her head no. "No, just some apples. I was hungry." The kid didn't catch the hint at all when the spider said 'sleeping'. She had no idea the apples were doused with Celine's nectar that numbs the scenes.

"We're just relaxing and enjoying the day, having breakfast," Celine said before tossing an apple to the arachne, "Here,"
Sprinda easily caught it, "Don't mind if I do," she said. She took a bite.

Emma turns away not wanting to watch. Her eye catches a butterfly fluttering around some of the pretty flowers that were naturally growing in the area. Emma forgets about hiding and goes over to the flowers for a closer look. She didn't get too close so as not to spook the insect. It's wings were colored with yellow and orange. Down at her feet she also noticed an ant carring a big chuck of a leaf on it's back. it just flummbeled on it way in a hurry pace

After swallowing the first bite of the apple, Sprinda noticed a weird taste and then she realized what it was and spat out whatever she could.
"You witch," Sprinda said, "Trying to poison me,"
"I haven't the foggiest idea what you mean," Celine said.
Sprinda eyes began to lose focus even as she shook her head and she threw the apple at the passing butterfly. She sees the human girl, stands up and tries to grab her only for a vine to grab her by the wrists.
"Leave her alone," Celine ordered.
"Why don't you make me!?" Sprinda seethed. The arachne shoots webbing at Emma.

Celine tried her best to keep Sprinda away but the arachne had another trick up her sleeve. A poisonous spider crawled over Sprinda's arm, it crept over the vine, landed on Celine and bit her. The bite stung her terribly and before she knew it, Celine's flower closed around her.
"Emma!" Celine called out.
Seeing the alraune out of the way, Sprinda crept to the tree. "Oh, Emma," she beckoned.

Emma sees the spider coming to her. She right away climbs the trunk. She was really good at climbing the tree in her back yard. She just hoped the spider wouldn't follow her, yet forgetting that spiders are known for their ability to climb, even upside down. "Leave me alone," she cried out.

Sprinda was able to follow the girl effortlessly and with a shot of web, she was able to catch Emma's ankle.
"Got'cha," Sprinda said cheerfully.

Emma screams in fear when the sticky web grabbed her leg. She clings as tightly as she could to the tree and tries to pull back her foot.

Sprinda climbs the tree and when she gets close enough, she shoots out some more sticky webs onto Emma's hand trapping her to the tree.
"Finally we're alone," the arachne said.

Emma wiggles trying to get free, but the webbing was as sticky as glue. But she kept squirming. The spider woman was scary. "Go away. I don't want to play with you." She even tries kicking her one free leg at the arachnid to make her back away, though it was a weak attack if any.

The girl couldn't kick very high, so it didn't bother Sprinda. Instead, she leaned her head down closer to the trembling and looked her in the eye. "Oh but I think I can change your mind," Sprinda said as her eyes began to glow and spin with hypnotic colors.

Emma sees the colors but her body was pumping with adrenaline the effects were not taking hold that quickly. She keeps kicking as it was the only thing she could do, as her other limbs were stick in the sticky web.

Sprinda grabs Emma ankle with her hand and tightened her grip, forcing the girl to open her eyes. "Look at me when I'm talking to you," Sprinda said, her eyes were still spinning.
