Jacob stared for a moment at the one who answered to the name Mink. So she was the "shadow" he was chasing before falling through that hole in the ground. But his attention went back to the leader when she spoke about what they should do about him now.
"Please, don't kill me." he spoke up. "I just want out of here and back to the surface. I'll never speak of this to anybody."

"I'm afraid I can not just accept that. Too many times have humans tried to destroy us. And we can not simple make you forget too much time has passed. You shall remain down here till I have chosen otherwise. Mink since you have brought this human you shall be responsible."
"Me?" Mink grunted, some would find this great. To have your own supple but for her this more felt like punishment, and perhaps it should.
However Mink couldn't go against her leader's decision. So she nods her head accepting the task. Many from the crowd chittered in each other's ear. But she wasn't paying mind to it. For she could easily guess what they were talking about.
Pheme has the crowd break apart and everybody goes back to their own business. Then she too leaves, so does the brown haired lamia.
Mink knew that there would eventually be more talking with Pheme and the other two for full debriefs of what happened. But for now, she might as well take this human to her home.
Using her tail she grabs his one wrist that isn't shackled before removing the metal band restraining his other. Just to make sure he doesn't try to run away.
"Well, Jacob, you've gotten us both in some trouble. As I have been assigned I will be responsible for you but do understand this, try anything funny and you will dig a deeper hole for yourself."

"O-okay..." he stuttered as he started to get to his feet. He didn't know how much substance there was behind Mink's warning, but Jacob was smart enough to realize that it would be unwise to cause any more trouble during his time down here. He only hoped that they would decide to let him go soon. But for now, it looked like he was going to be babysat.

Mink leads him through the streets, keeping her tail hold on his wrist. Almost like a dog on a leash. After a little while she stops at a stone house, not very big, but not the size of a shed. She opens the wooden door and leads Jacob in.
It was a bit dark inside since the lights weren't on. Up on the ceiling was a simple chandelier.
Turing and opening a drawer, Mink pulled out two stones, one was a normal gray rock, while the other was a pale yellow with a glassy surface. Mink struck the two together repeatedly until the atoms inside the yellow stone are agitated that the stone begins to glow. After giving it one more strike, she sets down the gray stone and reaches up to the chandelier. Placing the glowing stone in the center which illuminates the room.
With the place now lit Jacob could see that inside the house it was decently furnished. There were some cushions to sit on, there were some paintings of trees and oceans hanging on the walls. A low wooden table. A stone slab used for preparing food as well as a stone knife that was forged just like indian had to by pounding and scrapping stones against each other.
Mink goes ahead and puts that away, just as a precaution.
There was also two other doors, one leads to the bathroom, the other was the bedroom.

Jacob took a moment to look around the room. Though it was somewhat modest, he was still amazed by it.
"I... I can't believe there was a city and houses down here all this time..." he breathed, hoping that Mink wouldn't get upset at him trying to strike up a conversation, "Are there any other cities like this?"

"If there are, I wouldn't know of it." she replied, this time with a slightly nicer voice.
Mink gulps, feeling her throat dry. Thanks to some people who didn't clean up their mess, she didn't get a chance.
"Oh, darn it," she muttered under her breath

Jacob had been continuing to scan the room carefully with his eyes, taking in every detail, when he thought he heard Mink mutter something. He looked over at her, raising an eyebrow in confusion.
"Is something wrong?" he asked.

"In a manner of speaking yes. Because of you I missed my opportunity and I'm now completely parched. I'd say you shall have to pay the price."
Just like before the red in her iris disappeared and is replaced with other colors that flash past the wall of of her eyes. One after the other a new ring of a bright colors passes her eye and another comes right behind it.

What Mink had said at first made Jacob both more confused, and also uneasy. Why was it his fault that she was thirsty? And how did she plan to make him pay for it.
But then her eyes flashed those colorful rings again, and Jacob instantly began to feel lightheaded. His jaw slowly hung open, his shoulders began to slump, and a fog was starting to roll into his mind again. It was even harder to look away this time.

Using the back of her hand, Mink closes his mouth. Never really likes it when people do that. It looks stupid and second they might drool.
She then moves to her next step. Still with rings in her eyes she beings coiling his body starting from his lower legs and going up his body.

Jacob was still only wearing shorts and a tank top, so a good portion of his legs were bare. He still had enough of his senses to shudder at the feeling of the cool scales running over his skin.
Rings appeared in his own eyes, reflecting the light show from Mink's irises. He tried to lean his own face towards hers, wanting a better look at the pretty rings, but it was becoming difficult to give his muscles and commands. His entire body felt like it was becoming floppy.

Giving a bit of what he wanted, Mink leaned her face in closer. Her coils continued to climb up his body. She slipped his hands inside the cocoon and still went up. They continued until they stopped just at his collarbone. She then began squeezing and relaxing her coils, flexing his muscles. She continued this little mixture of a massage slash rubbing his skin.

"Hmmmmmm..." Jacob sighed happily, the massage doing it's job of loosening his muscles even more, and sending him into an even deeper state of bliss. He felt so nice and warm being wrapped up like this, his eyes soaking up the beautiful rings that made his head feel all fuzzy, that his body went completely limp, and felt like it was melting like ice cream on a hot summer's day.

With him now in a state of pure bliss, Mink stopped the rings in her eyes. Pinching his chin in her fingers she turns his head to the side. Opening her mouth she revealed two sharp fangs. She leans in and bites down on his neck. After creating a wound she sucked in the blood oozing out of his skin. Mink was not just any ordinary lamia, that is if the race were true, no one can tell beyond them, she was a breed called Angumbra. And so was everyone else, every naga and lamia was an Angumbra. A species of the darkness, devowere of blood.

The sharp fangs piercing the side of Jacob's neck did not get a reaction out of him at all. Nor did the loss of blood. His senses were currently numb, incapable of registering pain. He just stared ahead, rings still flowing through his half-lidded eyes, and a serene smile on his face.
