Even for the steamy jungle, it had been an usually hot day. The weather was so warm, the waterhole itself was too warm to cool off in, the open areas would roast whoever stayed out there too long, and Kaa had not bothered to go to his favorite rock that day. Instead, he had waited in the shade of the tree he was in all day.
"Whew! It'ssss a good thing I don't need to be active right now," he noted. Like most reptiles, Kaa could rest during the day, and could be more active at night, when it was cooler.
It was a good thing, too, as he heard his stomach rumble. "Oh! There it is. After a week, it's time to eat again!" He was glad when the sun started to set. "Just a little longer, and then I'll look around for something, or rather, someone, to eat!" Settling in for one last minute of rest, he watched the crescent moon come out.

Autumn sighed as she walked down the dense jungle path. She'd gotten off the map, which wouldn't normally be a good thing, but she was pretty confident she could make her way back to the camp. Unfortunately, it was starting to grow late, and she was getting pretty hungry after a full day of trekking through the humid jungle.
Eyeing some bananas up in a tree, she would climb it and snatch the bunch before going to rest at the base of another shady tree.
As she ate, she had no idea of the predator that lurked just above her.

Kaa's stomach rumbled and once more. "Well, it'sssss time," he hissed, stirring from his resting position, and looking around for a potential meal. As it turns out, he didn't have to look very far at all. "Ooh ho ho, what a ssssssucculent sssssurpise, a man-cub all alone by hersssself. Sssssuch a perfect opportunity cannot be put to wasssste." Kaa reached out with his long tail, wrapped around Autumn's waste, and started to lift her into his tree.

Autumn was taken by surprise by the tail wrapping around her, as she was still in the middle of eating a banana. "Hm? What's going on?" She asked as she was lifted up into the tree. It wasn't long before she met face to face with the snake himself.
"Er... Hey there..." She said, a bit confused as to why he'd suddenly abducted her

"Ssss... Hello, man-cub. Welcome to the domain of the jungle." Kaa wrapped another coil around Autumn's waist, trapping her wrists within the coil seat. He then waited to see how she would respond.

Autumn would squirm a bit, trying to free herself from his coils. "Hey! What's the big idea, huh? I was just minding my own business before you drug me up here. Could you let me go?" She asked, clearly a little annoyed

"Oh dear... But we only just met. We haven't even introduced ourssssselvess yet," he hissed. "I sssshall begin. My name issss Kaa, little one," he said as wrapped yet another coil around her torso.

Autumn couldn't move her waist now, as it was bound by his coils. "Name's Autumn. There, satisfied?" She asked with a scowl. She swore she'd run off first chance she could.

"Oh, dear..." Kaa hissed. His forked tongue tickled her nose. "You have a lovely name, my dear, but your face would look much prettier if the frown was removed..." As he spoke, Kaa sent a single spiral out of his eyes and into Autumn's. The spiral, while not very potent, contained a subliminal message, which was to simply remove the ability to scowl from Autumn's mind. Nothing more, nothing less.

Autumn suddenly found herself unable to scowl anymore. She instead had a look of mere confusion as she tried to figure out what just happened

"That'sssss better," Kaa flicked his tongue out at Autumn again. Her taste was exquisite! "Now, what brings you out her to the jungle, man-cub?"

She would tell him. "I've been wanting to get away from my regular life. Maybe just relax a little and enjoy nature." She said to him

"I sssseee. Welcome to my treetop domain, man-cub." Kaa draped his tail over Autumn's shoulders. "Isss there anything I can do to to make your stay more... Comfortable?" He chuckled as he said this, jiggling his coils, and the girl inside them, as he did.

She giggled a bit as he did so. His thick coils weighing her down as they draped over her shoulders. As she was jiggled around, she giggled some more. He seemed really nice. "Your tail is pretty comfortable, I'll admit."

“Then... Perhaps I can help you find that relaxation that you crave, and enjoy the nature of the jungle... Would you enjoy that?” Kaa gave Autumn a soft but firm squeeze, sending her a few more spirals.
